Doctor's visit

For my weekly appt. this week, i met with Dr. Pivette.  My pb was 96/66 and weight 133.  My blood sugar range was 77-86 (morning) and 92-125 (after meals).  I am now 2cm dilated and 50% effaced and she thinks the baby has moved to head down position but wasn't sure so i got an ultrasound to check.  Sure enough the baby was head down - she moved!!  She is also estimated to weigh about 6 lb, 11oz which is perfect.  my belly is actually measuring a week behind at 36 weeks so the size of the baby is not a concern.  The heartbeat was about 140. I have one more appt. before my c-section!!!
