Trimester Recap:
Measurements:

I gained 20 pounds in my 2nd trimester - so far a total of 20 pounds overall. My
belly has been measuring a little behind the whole pregnancy so far but nothing to worry about. My blood pressure has been pretty good. It's been on the low side but better low then high. At 19 weeks my iron was very low - 9.7 so I had to start
taking iron supplements which I will probably take until the end on my
pregnancy. The baby's heartbeat has been measuring between 144-155 bpm.
Belly:

16 weeks is when I starting to show. I probably noticed it more then everyone
else but I did have a bump at this point. At 12 weeks I stoped wearing jeans and changed to all loose clothing and maternity clothing. I now wear dresses most of the time. It's been really hot
lately and dresses are the most comfortable.
Movement:
-
Week 16 is when I started to feel little kicks here and there. At 17 weeks I
started to feel the baby move. At 28 weeks
Todd was finally able to feel him kick. Before that every time Todd would put
his hand on my belly the baby would stop kicking. I also think he was too small
at that point. Now that she is getting bigger it's easier to feel him kick and
move. I now feel her move all day long. Mostly when I lay down to watch t.v. or
go to bed. I have been able to sleep
through the night except for getting up to go to the bathroom about 3 times a
night. But I usually go right back to sleep after that. I sleep on my side and back.
